At HORIZON, Clients have an Individual Care Plan designed to meet
specific Needs and Goals.  This Care Plan helps our Clients maintain
their personal Identity and afford them a sense of Accomplishment.

Daily care includes Health Monitoring and Medication Administration.
A Hot lunch and Healthy snacks are served everyday. Special Feeding
schedules or special diets may be arranged, per Physician's Order.
Graded Group Activities and One-on-One Interaction encourage
creative expression, new learning experiences and the sharing of
talent.  Clients enjoy a rewarding and relaxed social experience.
A regular schedule of Inter-Generational activities with children and
students facilitate a familiar family setting.  Our activity calendar, includes music, crafts,
strength-training and special events which stimulate and help them feel useful &
productive.  Their Body, Mind and Spirit are nourished with loving attention, individual
care and the special recognition they deserve.

Daycare, and Flex-Care options for half day, hourly, evening or weekend services
