To retain a current listing in our database, SLED (background) investigation is required every 12 months. ElderCare Service Providers assumes no liability or responsibility for any false or misleading statements made to the User of this service by any Care Provider Subscriber. Furthermore, ElderCare Service Providers assumes no liability or responsibility, directly or indirectly for any claim of property loss or personal injury that may arise, as a result of the employment or selection of any Care Provider.
